The ranch hand Jud, however, is also in love with Laurey. And that intrigue always makes a good story. Dearly Departed Written by David Bottrell & Jessie Jones Sunrise Theater March 12, 13, 18, 19, 20 @ 7:30PM March 14 & 21 @ 2PM In the Baptist backwoods of the Bible Belt, the beleaguered Turpin family proves that living and dying in the South are seldom tidy and always hilarious. Despite their earnest efforts to pull themselves together for their father’s funeral, the Turpins’ other problems keep overshadowing the solemn occasion. This show is drop dead funny!
